Errors at the Regional Office: Some veterans waited five years for a medical exam.

Inspector General finds more than half of sampled cases at the Wichita Regional Office contain errors.

This probably comes to no surprise to those veterans living in Kansas.  The Regional Office in Wichita overlooked benefits, and made some veterans wait up to five years before giving them the medical exam they need to receive their benefits.

It's frustrating waiting this long for resolution. They can't make veterans wait this long.
